Job Posting 1: HL7 Integration Engineer/Architect.
Location: McKinney TX
Design, develop, test, and maintain Healthcare interoperability interfaces (HL7) using engines like Orion Rhapsody, Mirth Connect, Ensemble, Cloverleaf, Open Engine etc. Create systems diagrams, product road maps, use cases. Identifying gaps and deficiencies in business requirements, technical specifications, designs, and testing documentation for completeness and testability. Deploy Interface engines like Orion Rhapsody on client environments. Design and develop engine routes including validations, translations, and web service endpoints to receive and process electronic data. Experience in using multiple Communication points like Dynamic Router, TCP Server, TCP Client, Timer, HTTP server for SOAP, Directory. Expert level knowledge on technologies like JavaScript, SQL, and web services. Design, develop, and implement solutions integrating external system data in various formats like HL7 v.2.x, XML, JSON, CSV etc. Ability to handle various sets of data like Patient Demographics, Encounters, Clinical, Lab, Vitals, C-CDA, DICOM, Billing, and Historic information. Experience in processing data from disparate sources to various destinations including AWS S3 & GCP Buckets. Develop HL7 Real Time interfaces using FHIR and HL7 standards in alignment to the business and technical requirements. Monitor, Troubleshoot, and resolve errors for existing interfaces. Build Technical Documentation including final development code files, compiled code, and supporting documentation. Participate and lead integration projects by analyzing vendor specs, developing interfaces, and troubleshooting any issues. Perform source code/versioning management function adhering to technical management guidelines. Collaborates with application and project team(s) to define design and unit testing scenarios and scripts in alignment with business and system requirements. Contribute to and maintain a thorough understanding of application and integration standards, policies, and procedures. Ensure integration development deliverables are completed on time, budget, and quality. The job is available to work from home or remote location.

Job Posting 2: Middleware Engineer.
Location: McKinney, TX
Install, configure, maintain, and support middleware and application server environments, including IBM WebSphere Application Server, IBM HTTP Server, WebLogic Application Server, Apache HTTP Server, Tomcat Application Server, Oracle HTTP Server, and Nginx/NodeJS on UNIX and Windows platforms. Support the setup and maintenance of cloud-based environments using AWS, including container technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker. Troubleshoot system and application issues across middleware platforms, including PODs and master servers. Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IBM MQ messaging servers for JMS messaging using both default messaging providers and WebSphere MQ in Linux and AIX environments. Configure and troubleshoot DataPower-related issues in distributed environments. Apply system maintenance activities, including fix packs and patches, in both GUI and silent modes. Generate and analyze diagnostic data, such as heap dumps and thread dumps, for troubleshooting. Support the installation and usage of monitoring tools and perform analysis using performance metrics. Install and configure SSL certificates, including third-party and self-signed certificates. Collaborate with infrastructure teams to support load balancing configurations and prepare monitoring documentation for production systems. Configure web servers for authentication mechanisms such as SSO. Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution and perform troubleshooting using JVM, process, plug-in, and native logs for garbage collection analysis.
